Mindfulness has been shown in research to reduce anxiety and depression, stabilize mood, and to even improve physical health. Through my personal journey with mindfulness and meditation, I too discovered the positive effect that these practices had on my life. After being trained by an expert in the field, I proceeded to learn mindfulness deeply and now offer these services to clients. Whether you wish to meet with me to learn and practice meditation, or if you wish to incorporate mindfulness into your psychotherapy sessions, we can use meditation and mindfulness to gain a greater appreciation of the present moment and alleviate your distress in the here-and-now.
